We offer standard delivery across all emirates within 1 to 3 business days. Same-day delivery is available for select areas in Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns can be initiated online or at any Maje boutique in the UAE.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through our partners, Tabby and Tamara.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Are the products sold online the same as those in-store?

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Exchanges can be made at any Maje store in the UAE within 30 days. For online exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
