Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact, and include the printed return invoice inside the parcel.

Schedule a Collection

Follow the link in your return confirmation email to book a complimentary courier pickup at your preferred time and location within the UAE.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
